If we happen to find anything that needs immediate attention during tear off or installation which wasn’t able to be seen during the initial inspection, and couldn’t be included in the original quote (which does happen from time to time). We document photos and videos of the problem, discuss solutions and agree upon a price to fix the issue before moving forward.
Install date changes due to weather, are sometimes unavoidable. We will let you know as soon as there are weather delays, and we will never bump your spot in line so that you can plan your install date accordingly. We are always available to answer your calls and direct you to the correct person to speak with regarding any questions. Before or after we agree to work together, we will take the time to address any concerns you may have so you are 100% comfortable in your decision.
